For real. Kick her out. Wait a couple months. THEN make her work for it if you still want her back in your life. Otherwise, "making her work for it" usually means paying close attention to her actions to make sure she’s "working for it." Paying close attention to her like this is a great way to get sucked into her frame and become super sensitive to her bad behavior because you’ve put so much significance on it. Ask me how I know.
